Inspired by conversations about the poster I presented at NANP’s HealCon in May 2025, I conducted a systematic review of health coaching interventions that aimed to lower dementia risk. I kept my focus on cognitively healthy adults because I want to support dementia prevention.

I’ll be presenting a poster on my research at the 16th Annual Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare Conference in May 2026.
